Amy Marcy Cheney Beach (September 5, 1867 – December 27, 1944) was an American composer and pianist. She was the first successful American female composer of large-scale art music. Most of her compositions and performances were under the name Mrs. H.H.A. Beach.
Venetian Arts Society is a member based not-for-profit 501c3 cultural arts organization offering monthly Art Salons featuring as many of the cultural arts as possible happening simultaneously. Our 21st century version of the “Art Salon” is a unique and innovative performance-educational-social concept that highlights the multi-cultural diversity of our community.VAS features all of the performing, visual, and cultural arts interacting simultaneously for a complete artistic experience where each compliments the other.
